Before his advisory and board portfolio career, Paul was COO and CFO of Urbis, a national leader in urban planning and property advisory. During his tenure, he spearheaded significant expansion, tripling revenue and increasing the team from 150 to 400. His expertise in business leadership has been instrumental in helping companies optimise performance and seize new opportunities.
