With over 20 years of experience in transport planning and engineering, Tim helps clients navigate complex projects with clarity, technical rigour and practical advice. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria and Queensland, a Fellow of Engineers Australia, and a Fellow of Roads Australia.
At Eukai
As Managing Director, Tim leads Eukai's strategic direction while remaining actively involved in project delivery. He advises governments, institutions and the private sector on major transport, land use and infrastructure projects. Recent work includes leading Eukai's advice on the Suburban Rail Loop East Structure Plans, including peer review of the Transport Technical Reports across all six station precincts and expert evidence for the General Matters, Monash, Clayton and Glen Waverley hearings. He has also led transport evidence for the Bendigo Regional Employment Precinct, Ballarat North, East of Aberline, Lara Farms and numerous Planning Panels, VCAT and compensation matters.
Career
Before founding Eukai, Tim led the operations of the national transport planning business at Stantec and spent more than two decades helping build GTA Consultants into one of Australia's leading transport advisory firms. His experience spans strategic planning, transport engineering, development, policy and major project delivery across Australia.

Tim is a recognised expert witness and trusted adviser on complex transport matters. He has provided expert evidence for planning panels, advisory committees and major development hearings, helping shape policy, precinct planning and infrastructure investment. He is known for translating complex technical issues into clear, balanced advice that supports robust decision-making.
