Movement and Place 2.0

FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT, GOVERNMENT ADVICE, INTEGRATION AND APPLICATION

Commissioned by the Department of Transport and Planning, Eukai provided strategic advice to government to support the refresh, integration and application of Movement and Place 2.0 - Victoria’s state-wide road-planning framework. The work translated policy into a clear, usable framework that aligns transport, land use and urban design, supporting more consistent decisions across government.

Advising government on an updated framework

• Movement and Place required a full refresh to reflect Plan for Victoria and current policy direction.

• Government needed a single framework linking transport planning, urban design and land use.
